Turf Program

Turf Treatments are the answer to your lawns problems!  Keeping your mowing blades at a minimum height of 3" along with routine turf treatments, you are sure to substantially decrease, if not eliminate, weeds and crabgrass from your property!

Round 1: Early Spring Application

    Application of a pre-emergent to prevent the growth of Crabgrass and annual grassy weeds,
    plus a fertilizer to promote growth.

Round 2: Late Spring Application

    Application of a pre-emergent to control Crabgrass plus broadleaf weed control with fertilizer.

Round 3: Late Summer Application

    Application of a dry granular summer fertilizer with a selected treatment for turf insects.

Round 4: Early Fall Lime Application

    Application performed if ph level is high at testing. 
   ***This is the best time to aerate and overseed!***  

Round 5: Late Fall Application

    Application of a winter look fertilizer which is high in phosphorous to promote a healthy root
    establishment.  Fertilizer for winter-feeding which releases quickly to avoid Spring nitrogen
    carryover.
